Experience
Samantha has experience working one-on-one with elementary-aged children with special needs, including children with autism and Down syndrome. In this role, she provided academic support and helped children develop emotional regulation skills, learning to adapt her approach to each individual while building trust and connection. Samantha also has two years of experience in Human Resources, where she supported employees navigating workplace concerns and challenges. Together, these experiences strengthened her ability to listen closely, adapt to individual needs, and create a supportive environment where people feel comfortable expressing themselves.
