Refund Policy
All fees paid for services provided by Alcove Psychology, whether for therapy sessions, consultations, workshops, or related professional services, are non-refundable. Fees are charged for the time reserved with your therapist, not for specific results or outcomes. If a session is cancelled or missed without 48 hours' notice, the client remains responsible for the full session fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without such notice will be billed at the full session rate. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for you and to allow the therapist to accommodate other clients. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical emergency at the discretion of Alcove Psychology.
The information provided on this website, or through services delivered by Alcove Psychology, is intended for educational and therapeutic purposes only.
