Experience
Caitlin is a psychotherapist and Clinical Director who has worked in university settings, private practice, and community organizations. She completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa in 2017 and has since supported children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges. She’s especially passionate about helping people rebuild self-worth and compassion toward themselves, drawing on both professional expertise and a personal understanding of how hard that work can feel. Integrating parts work (IFS) and inner child healing, she loves the “aha” moments when clients reconnect with themselves in new and lasting ways.
